Senior Drafter
Poistion Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and setailed-oriented Draftsperson with experienced in structural drawings to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to create precise and detailed structural plans that align with project specifications and comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, and layouts for a range of projects (commercial, residential, industrial).
2. Collaborate withengineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
4. Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and industry standrads.
5. Use CAD software (AUto CAD, Revit, etc) to produce accurate and efficient designs.
6. Assist in the preparation of documentation for project submissions, permits and approvals.
7. Manage and Organize fileas and project data.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven Experience as a Draftsperson, with a focus on structural drawings.
3. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
4. Strong understanding of structural design principles and building codes.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
