Senior Business Analyst
Job Description :
● Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize losses in the telecommunications segment through business analytics and data analysis.
● Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations and development, to identify areas for revenue improvement and develop effective solutions.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure sales targets are met.
● Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making, collaborating with other departments in the implementation of new processes.
● Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote new products.
● Possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including trends and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities :
● Works independently, planning and achieving technical objectives, setting milestones, and delegating tasks.
● Handles complex technical tasks and problem-solving in various contexts.
● Presents technical information clearly and collaborates with stakeholders.
● Offers innovative solutions, keeps up with industry progress, and proactively enhances skills.
● Assesses risks, addresses security concerns, and contributes to a culture of safety.
● Possesses extensive knowledge of industry-specific skill sets and organizational practices.
● Quickly adapts to new information and emerging areas of work, taking responsibility for personal development.
Requirements :
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant field.
● At least 5 years of work experience in related area (experience in telco industries is preferred)
● Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
● Creative thinking and a keenness to offer innovative solutions.
● Excellent communication skills
● Having good skill on Data Process (SQL, Excel, etc) is preferrable
● Having good analytical skill and problem solving
● Have strong ability and willingness to learn about the telco industry, even if prior knowledge is not a prerequisite.
● Have long term experience from previous company, minimum 3 years.
● Has to live in the Jakarta area.
● Willing to work full onsite from 9 to 5.
● Need the AM to be able to take care of the clients of the client of M+.
● Need someone with extensive experience in generating leads/finding new clients.
