School Counsellor and Character-Building Teacher: Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Master’s Degree in Child Psychology preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Ability to work in culturally diverse environment.
Fluency in English.
Job Description:

Teaches children the principles of how they can become successful and productive citizens. Without proper values of a caring citizenry, society would crumble.
Creates an integrated culture of character that supports and challenges students and adults to strive for excellence.
Creates schools where children feel safe because they are in an atmosphere that values respect, responsibility and compassion—not because a guard or metal detector is posted at the door.
Teaches students and adult to understand, engage in, care about, and act on core ethical values such as respect, justice, citizenship, fairness, and responsibility for self and others in school and as part of a larger community.
