Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment in English language courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, institutions, and business partners.
- Lead the sales team in achieving targets and provide training and support.
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
