Sales Executive for Yogyakarta
Job Description
- Conduct sales activities for units according to the established targets.
- Provide regular sales reports to superiors.
- Implement previously established marketing strategies to achieve set targets.
- Promote and negotiate unit sales to potential buyers.
- Attend all marketing activities, including promotions.
- Build long-term business relationships and maintain good relationships with unit buyers (after sales).
- Conduct surveys with customers regarding their level of satisfaction.
Job Requirement
- Maximum age: 32 years
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in Marketing, Economics, or Communication
- Minimum work experience: 3 years as a Sales Executive for apartment or landed house products in the property industry
- Communicative and accustomed to working with sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English (passive)
