We are looking for a Sales Support to join our team and help expand our reach. Position Overview: The Sales Support will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of SELF-Q by assisting the sales team, ensuring smooth transaction processes, and supporting legal and financial aspects. The ideal candidate should have a background in legal or finance, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation related to business transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in preparing and drafting sales proposals.
Review contracts and partnership agreements to ensure legal compliance.
Coordinate financial aspects of sales transactions, including billing, invoice management, and payment tracking.
Prepare reports on sales activities and financial outcomes.
Communicate with clients to follow up on required documentation.
Maintain and update client databases, contracts, and sales information.
Provide basic analysis on potential legal or financial risks in submitted contracts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, legal, or finance.
Solid understanding of business contracts, legal agreements, and financial processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks.
