Sales Admin Support

We are looking for a Sales Support to join our team and help expand our reach.
Position Overview:
The Sales Support will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of SELF-Q by assisting the sales team, ensuring smooth transaction processes, and supporting legal and financial aspects. The ideal candidate should have a background in legal or finance, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation related to business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in preparing and drafting sales proposals.
  • Review contracts and partnership agreements to ensure legal compliance.
  • Coordinate financial aspects of sales transactions, including billing, invoice management, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and financial outcomes.
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on required documentation.
  • Maintain and update client databases, contracts, and sales information.
  • Provide basic analysis on potential legal or financial risks in submitted contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, legal, or finance.
  • Solid understanding of business contracts, legal agreements, and financial processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage multiple tasks.
