Responsibilities
- Buat MO dari setiap Media proposal yang deal.
- Report weekly revenue (Revenue by asset & location)
- Weekly Forecast report from SM , Report sales
- Weekly Report P1 & P2 Client on wednesday.
- Perhitungan Incentive / Special Booster untuk sales team
- Weekly Report p3 Client
- MOM Sales Marketing meeting
- Recap and report sales, daily Plan all sales team.
- Weekly meeting plan all sales team report
- Proses daftar Menjadi new vendor ke client (submit all data cityvision)
- Proses kontrak dari client, assist ke legal dan finance.
- Buat Internal memo untuk keperluan all sales team
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills (communication) and teamwork skill.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision, highly accuracy and detailed oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and a tight deadline.
