Resto Manager
- Oversee all facets of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to optimize restaurant efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food; address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock availability, and prepare reports on stocks and purchases.
- Implement waste management strategies to minimize excess and promote sustainability.
- Prepare attendance reports and staff KPI evaluations to track performance.
- Analyze store sales reports and compile data to inform operational decisions.
- Foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and achieve sales targets
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in an Chinese or Asian cuisine setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and guests.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and kitchen processes.
- Understanding of P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, and COGS.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- A strong sense of integrity, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence
