Lead the research and development efforts to ideate and design new products, packaging, and marketing materials aligned with the F&B industry trends and consumer preferences.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for product and marketing innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, culinary, and production to develop and execute innovative product and marketing concepts.
Generate creative concepts and designs for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and market positioning.
Stay updated on industry trends, innovation, and consumer behavior, utilizing insights to drive creative and strategic decisions in product and marketing development.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in research and development, design, or marketing preferably in the food and beverage industry (F&B).
Good negotiation skills and effective leadership.
Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to speak English
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
