REMOTE Associate Interpreter - Mandarin to English

In this position, you’ll work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate language differences and communicate clearly. Your role will be essential in enabling mutual understanding and achieving shared goals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a language bridge by interpreting conversations over the phone or via video.
- Record interactions accurately in our company system.
- Contribute to team meetings to discuss and improve team performance.
- Take part in one-on-one coaching sessions with your manager to focus on personal performance enhancements.
Your Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about assisting others and making a difference!
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Open to learning and applying feedback to continuously improve.
- Flexible with working hours, including shifts that may involve weekends and/or nights.
