Quality Inspector - Furniture and Homeware - Yogyakarta
General requirement:
· Fluent in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection or control in the manufacturing or homeware/furniture industry.
· Strong understanding of quality control standards, inspection techniques, and sampling methodologies.
· Willingness to travel for onsite inspections when necessary.

· Accuracy: Ensuring inspection results are accurate, timely, and documented correctly.
· Adaptability: Ability to perform various types of inspections such as pre-production, in-process, and final inspections.
Job Description
· Follow established quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent and accurate inspections.
· Incoming Materials: Inspect raw materials and components upon receipt to verify they meet required specifications and quality standards.
· In-Line Inspection: Monitor and assess production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards at various stages.
· Pre-Shipment Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards.
· Perform tests and measurements using standard tools and equipment to evaluate product quality and performance.
· Identify and document defects or non-conformities in products. Analyze root causes and propose corrective actions.
· Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to the Operations Leader, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Meet tight report deadlines as clients’ commitment is to deliver reports on the next inspection’s day.
· Complete and upload inspection expenses report accurately and timeously.
· Maintain organized records of inspection results, quality reports, and corrective actions.
· Provide feedback and insights to the Operations Leader to support ongoing quality improvements.
