Partnership Manager

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic alliances that drive growth and innovation for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with external entities, such as businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies. Through your expertise in negotiation, relationship building, and strategic thinking, you will help create collaborative opportunities that enhance our market position and achieve our long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential strategic partners, assess their alignment with our organizational goals, and evaluate the benefits of forming partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and collaboration frameworks.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, or enhance product offerings.
  • Support client onboarding from the sales cycle to technical handoff, ensure knowledge transfer on accounts between teams.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and identify areas of opportunity for providing value added business solutions.
  • Organizing cold outreach campaigns.
  • Providing company presentations to clients.
  • Creating referral programs for users.


Requirements

  • 3 years of proven experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, business development, or related roles with a track record of successfully establishing and maintaining strategic alliances.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to create win-win scenarios in complex partnerships.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, including the capacity to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for collaboration.
  • Strong technical and industry knowledge in order to provide consistent messaging to clients.
  • Experience with Partner Stack / Rewardful / Firstpromoter.
  • Experience with Linked In / Cold Email Outreach for B2B sales.
