Event and Partnership Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
- Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns for events
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute effective marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event partners, sponsors, and media outlets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in event marketing
- Oversee event budget and ensure all expenses are tracked and managed effectively
- Collaborate with sales team to create packages and sponsorship opportunities for events
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, and communication or a similar field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in event marketing and event planning
- Strong understanding of event marketing and promotion
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
