Operations Manager GTC
Objective: Successfully manage the operations of all GTC related travel services in our current destinations.
These travel services include transfers, day tours & multi-day group tours in destinations worldwide. You’ll be based in our Bali office, but the scope of the job is global. Besides our Bali team you’ll be working with and managing staff and partners in the various destination where we operate our tours.
Job Description & Tasks:
· Tours: This entails overseeing the process of successful design, contracting and operations of Luxury Escapes branded in our various destinations. In most destinations we have local staff or partner teams who will create proposals. Your job is to analyze and compare these programs with existing or competitive programs and make sure we offer the best deals.
· Transfers: to/from hotels in various destination. our team, under your management is responsible for:
- Source, and contract the best possible transport suppliers. For the best possible rates.
- Reservations & Operations of all required LE transfers.
- Managing all transfers in our IT-System: MTravel
- Making sure our airport team is always present, looks presentable and welcomes all GTC (Luxury Escapes) travelers.
- Making sure drivers, their cars and their paging boards are in a good and presentable state.
- Operations of said transfers is according to schedule, on time and with correct vehicle.
· Experiences: this entails all activities, sightseeing, concierge, and other services we operate for Luxury Escapes clients while in our destinations. Your team, under your management is responsible for:
- Contracting of Experiences (day tours) with various suppliers. Always look for new exiting experiences in our destinations, especially Bali & Southern Thailand.
- Monitor sales of Experiences. Always look for ways to sell more.
- Successful operations of Experiences. Carried out with the highest of standards.
· Quality control of transfers/tours/experiences.
· Working closely with accounting teams in Bali/Bangkok and possible future other offices on invoicing and receiving payments.
· Any reasonable task assigned by management.
Salary indication: USD 3000 + incentives. Depending on experience & performance.
