Serve as the main point of contact in the call centre, coordinating with patients, insurance companies,and medical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and facilitate medical evacuation services, ensuring all parties are well-informed and procedures are followed accurately.
Maintain clear and professional communication across internal teams and external partners.
Provide real-time updates to stakeholders and ensure that all necessary records are accurate and complete.
Bachelors degree in any field.
Prior experience in a call centre or operations coordination role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience liaising with insurance companies, with a clear understanding of securing payment guarantees.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus and will be greatly considered.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools like Whats App, email, and medical record systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
