Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Intern to join our J&J Med Tech Surgery team. The intern will support various marketing initiatives and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about the medical device industry and contribute to the development of marketing strategies that would enhance our product offerings.

• Support teams to plan, develop and execute marketing initiatives
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaign for Ethicon products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional events.
• Prepare and monitoring product sample to support Commercial team
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyer and digital content
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, or any related field
• Amenable to working onsite at our office at least 3x a week; Remote on other days
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with digital

marketing tools ( Adobe, Video Editing, Translation )

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

• A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
