Job Description:
- Develop an annual marketing plan for the Store.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns for new products and special events.
- Manage customer loyalty programs and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, local partners, and influencers.
- Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and organize events at the store to attract customers.
- Participate in community activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to generate new and exciting ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Analytical skills to understand data and make data-driven decisions.
