Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client's organizations
Lead partnership contract negotiations with client to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms
Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results
Qualifications :
Minimum bachelor degree of Management or any related major
Minimum 2 years of working experience as B2B Marketing / Account Manager / Business Development (preferably from Outsourcing/Head Hunter industry)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO) Pay: Rp7,500,000 - Rp9,200,000 per month Notes : The salary range above encompasses the base salary and attendance allowance only, excluding monthly incentives based on KPI achievement. Job Type: Full-time
