LEGAL CORPORATE
Drafting and reviewing corporate contracts
Reviewing agency updates and new insurance products on legal aspects
Providing legal advice on diverse issues, such as claims disputes, contract interpretation, industrial relations, regulatory compliance, and procurement
Drafting and negotiating contracts to help clients purchase insurance policies or to help insurance companies sell policies to clients
Drafting policies and other legal documents for filing with state agencies
LITIGATION
Advising on all insurance litigation matters for BOD, HOD and PSLA Staffs
Handling diverse range of complaints and/or legal notice (Somasi)
Advising to the Department of Operations on suspicious fraud claim Managing external legal counsel, ensuring effective and efficient use of external legal services in handling civil lawsuit or criminal report of insurance cases
Coordinating with investigator to acquire the evidence relating to suspicious fraud claim
Representing company in court proceedings and/or in the examination process conducted by state institutions (OJK, Ombudsman, BPSK) related to insurance claim, including hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Accompanying the company’s staff in giving the legal statement to the law enforcement officials (KPK, Police, BPK)
