Legal Specialist
- Draft and review both international and local commercial agreements.
- Analyze and identify legal risks in company activities.
- Represent the company in litigation (court and arbitration) proceedings, if requested.
- Ensure agreements and permits align with business needs and comply with regulations.
- Identify potential legal and non-conformity risks.
- Understand trademark rights (hak merek), international law, and corporate legal matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (Master's preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or the trading industry.
- Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Must hold a PERADI license.
