Provide leadership, direction, and real-time management to the Team in order to deliver service excellence
Motivate agents to deliver outstanding results including both commissionable and non-commissionable key performance indicators
Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results
Evaluate sales records periodically to make balances and ensure that sales figures tally with number of goods sold
Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills
Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress in order to achieve maximum results
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field is preferred
At least 2 years in sales/telemarketing team leader
Experienced in handling team consist of 10-15 people (telemarketing staff)
Experienced in fintech industry is a PLUS
Fluent in English is a PLUS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
