- Ensure to support and monitor production operation.
- Conduct training for operators on the skill require
- Ensure that all data collection is recorded based on production quality and productivity requirement
- Ensure that proper housekeeping is being performed on the line
- Perform first piece sample based on product requirement for operators’ sample to follow.
- Ensure that all operators have the necessary small tools, jig, fixtures, and others on hand to carry out the necessary task
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- Min. Senior High School
- Have experience min. 2 year
- To be able to lead the day to day activities of the production line
- To be able to coordinate all materials requirement for production
