IT Support Service
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Service professional to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to hardware, software, and networking. In this role, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems, both remotely and on-site, while ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, managing user accounts, and ensuring the security of company data through regular updates and backups.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a related role.
- Proficient in providing technical support (hardware, software, and networking).
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications (MS Office, antivirus, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking principles and cybersecurity basics.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Willing to be relocated to Central Java.
