Job Objective
To execute all approved requests whether support ticket and make sure solutions and new setups are executed properly according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Job Responsibilities
-
Minimal D3 Computer engineering, Information Technology, Electrical engineering.
A minimum of 1 years of experience working in technical support area or operational.
Strong Technical Knowledge of computer and hardware equipment
Good Knowledge of Operating system and networking system
Analytical Skill
Communication skill
Understand written English
Willing to work in Mojokerto City (candidates living in Mojokerto will be preferred.
