ISO Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Create, monitor and review all the documents in the company area (SOP, WI, SD and forms).
- Monitor the ISO Objectives of all process owner every month.
- Facilitate Internal Audit, Management Review and External audit (ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485).
- Prepare all the training materials required by the QMS.
- Support process owner to prepare Quality Control Plan, Operational Qualification, Process Qualification and Management Risk.
- Ensure that all corrective actions are implemented & verified effective.
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- At least 2 (two) years related with handling ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with internal and external audits.
- Good knowledge of good documentation practices is a plus.
- Have a good command on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Problem solving experience (5 Why, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Persistent and able to work with different types of personalities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- S1 (Preferred)
- ISO Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- 25% (Preferred)
