Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years in HR, with 5 years in a strategic role, preferably in the plantation /agriculture industry.
- Change management, talent management, industrial relations, performance management.
- Leadership, communication skills, and strategic decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company’s business goals.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and talent management.
- Oversee performance management, recruitment, and employee training and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage industrial relations and lead change management processes within the company.
