The HR Assistant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring Sozo Dental hires the right number of dentists, frontliners, and nurses to support the rapid scale-up of new clinics in 2025. The goal is to establish processes that ensure ongoing, efficient, large-scale recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the hiring of dentists, frontliners, and nurses.
Set up efficient workflows to handle large volumes of candidates quickly.
Implement tools to help the team organize and streamline the recruitment process.
Track recruitment progress and report to leadership regularly.
Coordinate with clinic managers to ensure hiring priorities are met on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience managing large-scale hiring (frontliners, medical staff, etc.).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and pipeline management.
Ability to implement scalable recruitment processes and tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership skills in managing recruitment teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
