Head of Finance (Retails Company)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CA) is preferred
- Experience in the Retail Fashion or Retail industry is preferred
- At least 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 3-5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Proven ability to analyze business opportunities and deliver insights from a financial and commercial perspective
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
- High work ethic, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
Education:
- S1 (Preferred)
- Finance & Accounting: 10 years (Required)
- CPA (Required)
- CA (Required)
