Finance Account Payable - Procure to Pay
Role Responsibilities:

- You will receive minimal instruction on daily work/tasks, and moderate guidance on new assignments.

- This role positions you as an individual contributor or may involve overseeing a small work effort and/or team.
- You may be required to work in rotational shifts.
- Sort and scan received invoices, and send them to the OCR Batch.
- Identify and resolve any interface or posting errors.
- Book GRIR entries in SAP and manage month-end accruals.
- Be proficient in GRIR account clearing, investigate and resolve debit balance variances.
- Prepare account or vendor reconciliations, resolving open items from account reconciliations.
- Generate KPIs for supplier creation, conduct GRIR reconciliation, and review aging.
- Create and deliver ad-hoc or pre-agreed reports from SAP within set timelines.
- Support both internal and external audit requirements.
- Participate in transformation projects.
- Ensure accurate processing of Travel & Expense claims and validate expenses according to policy.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Problem-solving skills
- Detail orientation
- Ability to establish strong client relationship
- Prior SAP knowledge
- Ready to Work from Office
