Provide legal recommendations (Legal Opinion) to the company and related functions in various matters, including but not limited to agreements, mergers & acquisitions, litigation, and legal compliance.

Review, revise, and standardize legal documents such as agreements, Mo Us, NDAs, power of attorney, lawsuit letters, and subpoena letters.

Build and maintain good relationships with external legal consultants and other related parties.

Provide assistance to companies in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including licensing, data protection, and good corporate governance.

Prepare litigation documents and provide legal assistance in criminal and civil cases.

Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure legal alignment.

Assist in developing the company's legal policy and ensure its implementation.

Conduct legal socialization and education to employees on relevant laws and regulations.
Bachelor of Laws education (Master of Laws is a plus).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate law or business law.

In-depth understanding of corporate law, agreements, litigation, and applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Strong analytical skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent command of English.
