Factory Manager (Off-set)
PT Elabram Systems is looking for Factory Manager (Off-set) for our client in Packaging Manufacturing Industry for placement in Balaraja, Tangerang with details below:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory
- Set the production schedule to achieve target (according to delivery schedule and customer request)
- Monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of the products
- Take initiative in planning and executing factory strategies
- Set and assure the availability of resources for manufacturing process
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external party for production purpose
- Make regular reports regarding factory performance, costs and resource use
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday (Mon-Fri 08.00-16.15 & Sat 08.00-12.45), placement in Balaraja, Tangerang
- Min. 35 years old, Bachelor’s degree from all major
- Min. 5 years professional experience in the similar role (Printing Industry)
- Have the ability to understand processes, production techniques and quality management systems in the printing industry
- Strong leadership, excellent in build and develop team work
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Have good problem solving and decision making skills
Experience:
- Factory Manager (Off-set): 5 years (Required)
