As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be essential in our operations. We rely on you to:
Be commercially savvy, with the ability to evaluate revenue opportunities dispassionately.
Understand pricing strategies effectively.
Integrate operations and supporting functions, including Revenue and Digital Marketing Communications, to innovate and deliver on our financial imperatives.
Exhibit strong work ethics and cultural sensitivity.
Embrace and thrive in an ever-changing marketplace, coping with fluctuating government policies, demand peaks and troughs, and short business cycles.
Drive productivity through smart rostering and cross-deployment.
Understand effective merchandising practices.
Foster collaboration within the F&B team.
Lead with integrity, driving performance while ensuring appropriate levels of support and management visibility.
Develop the team, with a particular focus on supervisors and junior managers.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Has a minimum of 3 years of international experience in a similar capacity.
Is passionate about Food & Beverage and stays current with industry trends.
