Data Entry and collection ( Shifting - Yogyakarta)
The Core Objectives: Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses Collect and report for any technical or system issues while processing data entry Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc. Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.) Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory): Min D3 any major with GPA 2,75 Min Fresh grad and max 2 year in data entry field Willing to work in the shifting schedule Have basic excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90% Good analytical skill Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa Fast response, effective and efficient in working Able to work within dynamic environment Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English Desirable Experience / Criteria (Preferred): Sense Of Empathy Able to set the friendly tone (smiling voice) Candidate will be passed if able to operate basic excel: Basic calculation Quick calculation with Autosum Simple data automation in cells Format numbers Create a table Using manual function Combine 2 columns or rows Familiar with Google sheet
