Your Role

You will be responsible for the smooth + compliant operations of all customs-related activities while keeping abreast of updated customs related regulations. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• To ensure compliance with customs laws + regulations.
• To demonstrate knowledge of Free Trade Agreements, being able to provide advice as well as verification of Certificate of Origin documents.
• To demonstrate knowledge of import/export licenses to key stakeholders.
• To demonstrate knowledge of Custom Clearance requirement and activities.
• To classify goods for customs clearance activity in an accurate manner.
• To create solutions related to International Trade and Customs.
• To perform accurate calculation on customs duties, taxes, + fees.
• To conduct risk assessments for high-risk shipments.
• To streamline customs procedures as well as collaborating with stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor degree
• Preferred at least 5 years experience in related field
• Knowledge / experience in Freight Forwarder activities and projects is a plus
• Must have certification in Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan (PPJK)
• Able to operate and navogate CEISA 4.0 (Customs system)
• Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and drive the team to achieve results
• Able to deliver message confidently and influence stakeholders
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
• Have good communication skill, teamwork, and people orientation
• Strong in analytical and strategic thinking
• Have flexibility to work remotely (high mobility)
• Willing to be located in Surabaya
