Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Having experience as Customer Support or Technical Support at least 2 years
Interpersonal skill and analytical skills
Experience in providing excellent customer satisfaction
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ease
Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
Experience in the Fn B industry is a plus
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
