A new role has been created within our Global Logistics BU in Indonesia - the Customer Service Representative, Indonesia is an integral role within the Operations Team and is tasked with ensuring our customers' needs are addressed promptly through close collaboration and follow ups with our internal and external stakeholders. This position will be based out of our Jakarta office in BSD Tangerang.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers on the possible conversion of quotation made into firm bookings
New customer on boarding process compliance
Provide vessel details to match customers requirements
Place bookings with the carriers and feeders to book space according to the plan
Follow up the pick up and laden return of the tanks until on board on the planned vessel
Overcome all operational issues in the export & Import process to the satisfaction of the customer
Update the movements in the Equipment Control Sheet
Calculate the accrued detention, if any
Send the on board confirmation to the customer
Request the Invoicing team to complete the invoicing
Bachelor Degree from any major / specialization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
