Customer Service Officer (Tangerang)
Job Description:
- Connect directly with customers via telephone, email and whatsapp.
- Customer service for Walk in Customer.
- Serving, handling customer needs related to products and services offered or used by customer Address.
- Handling customer complaints properly and correctly.
- Helps offer and explain products and services to customers.
- Help organize customer administration by system.
- CRM and Customer Data Management (Data quality)

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- At least 6 months or 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service, Call Center or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, smiling voice and good in English is a plus.
- Having knowledge in telecommunication technology.
- Male
