Customer Service Officer
Job Description
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Educate customers about products and services
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer complaints via telephone, email, letter or social media
- Process customer interaction data, accounts, and archive documents
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 1 year experience as Customer Service
- Able to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Profecient in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Target-oriented
- Professional, friendly, and able to handle complaints from customers
- Basic salary, allowance, incentive, THR
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
- Meals 2x/day
- Computer/laptop
- Uniform & laundry
- Savings and loans
- Recreations: gym, gathering, etc
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
