Maintain client records and follow up actively with customers, partners, shippers and carriers
Coordinate and monitor incoming import and export shipments from shippers and agents
Follow up on quotations for new and existing customers and respond within 24 hours
Ensure all customers' queries are well investigated and resolved
Proactively approach new and lost clients and maintain existing customers
Take ownership of compliants and queries
Check and verify billing
Conduct checks on open files
Minimum requirements
Minimum Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Have good knowledge in air and sea freight forwarding.
Good understanding of the import flow and government regulations.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Good command of spoken and written English and local languages.
