Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service interested in managing our incoming calls. What You Will Do:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
Follow industry best practices
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of working experience in a similar customer service role
English-fluency
Willing to work in a shift schedule
A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management
A very high attention to detail
An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally
Willing to work according to Australian Time
