Prepare regular reports for division and management review.
Facilitate regular division meetings and ensure relevant data is updated for discussions.
Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of business processes, and proactively initiate and implement process improvements.
Work closely with operation managers to support and implement improvement initiatives.
Assist in cross-functional discussion / projects and ensuring coordination between teams.
1-2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other data analysis tools.
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments.
