Content Production Specialist
The Content Production Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity. This role involves producing photos, videos, and other multimedia assets for various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong technical skills in photography, videography, and editing.

- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for use across all marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Capture high-quality imagery that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and message.
- Ensure consistency in visual content and maintain brand guidelines in all productions.
- Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to enhance and finalize visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate visual content into broader marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop and execute content strategies that support business objectives.
- Generate ideas for content that engages and resonates with the target audience.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all visual assets.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in content production to continually improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and sales teams, to create content that meets their needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelancers involved in content production.
● Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field.
● Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and editing.
- Proven ability to create compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports marketing goals.
- Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment.
- Strong skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color grading techniques.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for visual content that align with brand objectives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
Experience:
- Content Production Specialist: 3 years (Preferred)
