The Content Production Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity. This role involves producing photos, videos, and other multimedia assets for various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong technical skills in photography, videography, and editing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Photography and Videography:
Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for use across all marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
Capture high-quality imagery that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and message.
Ensure consistency in visual content and maintain brand guidelines in all productions.
2. Content Editing:
Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Utilize editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to enhance and finalize visual content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate visual content into broader marketing campaigns.
3. Content Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to develop and execute content strategies that support business objectives.
Generate ideas for content that engages and resonates with the target audience.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all visual assets.
4. Equipment Management:
Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working order.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in content production to continually improve quality and efficiency.
5. Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and sales teams, to create content that meets their needs and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members or freelancers involved in content production.
Qualifications: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Multimedia, or a related field. ● Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, videography, and editing.
Proven ability to create compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports marketing goals.
● Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment.
Strong skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of lighting, composition, and color grading techniques.
