Beverage Manager
Eatopia, a vibrant hospitality group with 3 unique brands operating across 4 locations in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a passionate and experienced Beverage Manager to elevate our beverage program and guest experience. In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of beverage operations, from menu development and inventory management to staff training and ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Develop and curate innovative beverage menus across all Eatopia restaurants, considering food pairings, seasonality, and guest preferences.
- Manage beverage inventory, including purchasing, cost control, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate pricing and establish strong relationships with beverage suppliers.
- Implement and enforce proper beverage service procedures and ensure staff are knowledgeable about the menu.
- Train and develop beverage staff, including bartenders, servers, and sommeliers, on product knowledge, mixology techniques, and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient service flow and a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize beverage sales and profitability.
- Track beverage sales and cost data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized beverage service area.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to create a cohesive food and beverage experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a beverage management role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Proven experience in crafting innovative and balanced cocktail menus.
- Experience in staff training and development, including mixology techniques and guest service skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about the beverage industry and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
- Good personality, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant, polite, neat and clean appearance.
- Placement in Canggu.
