Analyst Order to Cash - B2C

We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Analyst Order to Cash - B2C, based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
1. Responsible of ensuring all transactions registered in B2C direct sales channel are correctly recorded in SAP
2. Process various types of collections related to B2C sales channels: post matched receipts in SAP, follow up on any open items and communicate with relevant parties for immediate solutions
3. Allocation of payment received from customer through PSP/Acquirer and reconciliation of payments and order including investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
4. Maintain accurate accounts receivables, petty cash and cash in transit related bookings and other Month-End activities in company's records in line with company's policies and procedures
5. Monitor potential issues arising and timely communicate them to related stakeholders
6. Cooperate effectively with all the stakeholders in the process: market, supply chain, Logistic Service Provider, Payment Service Provider, Digital, Commercial, Customer Care etc.
7. Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization
8. Contribute to provide a responsive and high-quality driven control service
9. Participate in the project to roll out standardized solution for B2C transactions

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Min. bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- 1-2 years professional experience, preferable in OTC and logistic process - Account Receivable, Cash Application, Inventory, Month-End Closing, Reconciliation and Cash, and Bank
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) is a must
- Able to operate SAP and Ms. Office Excel is mandatory
- Able to operate Power BI will be an advantage and plus point
- Able to work in tight deadline for reporting and need commitment to perform the month-end closing.
- Agility is really important to embrace the change in the organization as well as the job rotation.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skill
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment
- Willing to be located in Surabaya
