Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled You Tube Expert to join our team and enhance our brand's presence on the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of You Tube's algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement tactics. You will be responsible for managing our You Tube channel, optimizing video content, and driving subscriber growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of You Tube's algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement tactics. You will be responsible for managing our You Tube channel, optimizing video content, and driving subscriber growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop a content calendar and strategy based on audience insights and platform trends to increase viewership and subscriber growth.
- Video Optimization: Optimize video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata to improve search rankings and discoverability on You Tube.
- SEO and Analytics: Utilize SEO techniques and You Tube analytics to track performance, monitor trends, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the You Tube channel, including uploading, scheduling, and managing video playlists.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with viewers through comments, live chats, and community posts to build a loyal audience base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team, video editors, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
- Monetization: Explore and implement strategies to maximize revenue from ads, memberships, and other You Tube monetization opportunities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest You Tube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on channel performance, video views, engagement, and other key metrics.
- Proven experience managing and growing You Tube channels.
- Strong knowledge of You Tube’s algorithm, SEO, and video marketing.
- Experience with You Tube analytics, Google Analytics, and video editing software.
- Ability to create engaging and clickable titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to the changing dynamics of digital content.
- Experience with You Tube ads and monetization strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and cross-promotion strategies.
- A background in video editing, graphic design, or content creation is a plus.
