Wedding Coordinator Intern
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator Intern to assist in the seamless execution of weddings and related events. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in event coordination, giving you the opportunity to learn all the logistics that go into planning and coordinating weddings. You will work closely with the Wedding Coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly, from setup to the final send-off.
Skills & Qualifications:
Shift time- 10 am to 6:30 pm
No. Of working days - 6 days
Salary - 8k -12k
Note:- Need a candidate who can join immediately and have personal laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between clients, vendors, and guests.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Positive, professional attitude and a passion for event planning.
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings, as most weddings occur during these times.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other event management software (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on experience in day-of event coordination for weddings.
- Time management and scheduling for large-scale events.
- How to effectively communicate and coordinate with vendors.
- Practical knowledge in guest relations and providing excellent service.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time event situations.
- Insight into the behind-the-scenes logistics that make weddings successful.
- Real-world experience coordinating weddings and events.
- Mentorship from experienced Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators.
