Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to ensure that the websites you design provide an excellent user experience while aligning with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually engaging and responsive websites.
- Collaborate with developers to implement web designs, ensuring functionality and technical feasibility.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Optimize websites for mobile devices and various screen sizes.
- Ensure design consistency and branding across all web projects.
- Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and web standards.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as images, videos, and other content into the design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design and user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align web design with business objectives.
- 1 year of experience in web design.
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of Java Script.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Word Press, Drupal) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how web design impacts SEO.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
