- Provide personalized career guidance to students, helping them choose the right path based on their interests and strengths.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand student needs, career aspirations, and academic backgrounds.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in competitive exams like JKPSC KAS, JKSSB, SSC, and more to offer accurate advice.
- Help students develop clear and actionable study plans using premium resources and expert coaching offered by The Learning Era.
- Organize workshops and webinars on exam preparation, time management, and stress relief strategies.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback, motivation, and support to keep them focused on their goals.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
