Job Description: We are looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer with a strong understanding of sheet metal die design and machining. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in operating and programming VMC machines. The role involves working on high-precision manufacturing tasks, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program VMC machines for sheet metal and die manufacturing.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Design and develop sheet metal dies.
Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and product quality.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
Collaborate with the production team for smooth workflow.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in VMC machine operation and programming.
Proficiency in sheet metal die design and machining processes.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-codes and M-codes).
Ability to work with precision measuring tools and equipment.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Based in Sanand or willing to relocate from outside Gujarat.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
