Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program VMC machines for sheet metal and die manufacturing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Design and develop sheet metal dies.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and product quality.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
- Collaborate with the production team for smooth workflow.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in VMC machine operation and programming.
- Proficiency in sheet metal die design and machining processes.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-codes and M-codes).
- Ability to work with precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Based in Sanand or willing to relocate from outside Gujarat.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
