Visa Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on tourist visa requirements, application processes, and documentation needed for various destinations.
- Review and evaluate visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms and ensure timely submission.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
- Conduct client consultations to assess individual circumstances and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing clear and informative responses.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities as needed.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews, including tips and mock interviews.
- Monitor application status and provide updates to clients on their visa progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards in visa processing.
